Terms of Service

The US offering is available only to businesses and professionals purchasing for business purposes. By ordering, you confirm that you have authority to bind the named business.

Consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights do not apply to the US business offering.

Valido documents SEO-relevant observations from connected websites and integrations. Reports describe observed evidence and do not promise rankings, traffic, revenue, ROI, or attribution of work to a specific person.

Coverage depends on the selected plan, connected sources, technical access, and the quality and availability of third-party data.

• Pro monthly: $15 per month, billed monthly, plus applicable tax.
• Pro annual: $144 for 12 months, billed annually, plus applicable tax. This is equivalent to $12 per month during the prepaid term.
• Team monthly: $59 per month, billed monthly, plus applicable tax.
• Team annual: $588 for 12 months, billed annually, plus applicable tax. This is equivalent to $49 per month during the prepaid term.
• Agency monthly: $149 per month, billed monthly, plus applicable tax.
• Agency annual: $1428 for 12 months, billed annually, plus applicable tax. This is equivalent to $119 per month during the prepaid term.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at Checkout from the billing information supplied by the customer.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. Price changes apply only after notice and never change an already prepaid term.

You may cancel future renewal through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid term.

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, charges are non-refundable and unused time is not credited.

You must provide accurate account, billing, and tax information; keep credentials secure; have authority to connect each website and data source; and use the service lawfully.

You may not interfere with the service, bypass limits, upload unlawful material, or use reports as proof of facts the underlying evidence does not establish.

The service may be changed, maintained, or temporarily unavailable. WordPress, Google, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, hosting providers, and other third-party services are governed by their own availability and terms.

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate data processing agreement. The customer remains responsible for its instructions, lawful basis, notices, and rights in website or client data it connects.

Valido and its software, design, and documentation remain the provider's property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your subscription. You retain rights in your own content and data.

The service and reports are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider disclaims implied warranties and indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and lost-profit damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Material changes are notified before they affect a paid renewal. The version accepted at Checkout remains part of that order's immutable record.

These terms are governed by Danish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Denmark unless mandatory law requires another forum.
